In the classroom, in the lab, and through groundbreaking online programs, I've spent over three decades witnessing firsthand how students learn, adapt, and grow. This hands-on experience has been my greatest teacher, showing me what works, what doesn't, and most importantly, why.

In 1994, I took a bold step that would change educational history. I launched one of the first online educational programs, reaching an extraordinary 2.3 million students and teachers across 40 nations. This pioneering achievement was recognized by the U.S. Congress and preserved in the Library of Congress as a historical milestone in education. But that was just the beginning.

My journey in both private boys' schools and public institutions has been marked by continuous discovery and innovation. Year after year, student after student, I've refined and developed project-based, hands-on, and student-directed programs. This real-world laboratory has led to a groundbreaking understanding: boys don't just learn differently – they thrive when given the right environment.

In 2018, I founded "Leonardo's Apprentice," an educational nonprofit that combines my passion for innovation with my commitment to transformative learning. As a research and development organization, we create project-based programs that seamlessly blend science, engineering, and the Arts. This work has earned recognition from JPL/NASA and a State Resolution from California (No. 4058) for its impact on education.

With a B.S. in Information Technology and an M.Ed. in Instructional Design, I bring both technical expertise and educational innovation to every project. But my real credential is the transformation I've witnessed in thousands of students when they're empowered to learn in ways that match their natural strengths.

Today, I'm passionate about sharing these decades of insights and proven methodologies with schools, nonprofits, and educational organizations ready to embrace more effective approaches to learning – especially for male students who may be struggling in traditional environments.
